Request account and data deletion
You can delete your Lullu account and associated app data immediately from the app, or request deletion by email. This page is the official account-deletion request link for Lullu.
From the Lullu app
Open Lullu, tap the profile icon in the bottom navigation, select Account details, and tap Delete account. Follow the confirmation steps to complete the request.
By email
Send a request from the email address associated with your Lullu account to hola@getlullu.com
What is deleted and what is kept
We delete your Lullu account and associated app data immediately, including your account details, baby profiles, pregnancy information, care records, saved content, and app activity. We do not keep a retention period for this account data. We may keep only records that we are legally required to retain, for the period required by law; these are not used to restore or operate your Lullu account.
